ROGERIO G. RAMOS
Multilateral Investment Fund Investment Officer Rogerio G. Ramos is an Investment Officer at the Access to Finance Unit of the Multilateral Investment Fund (MIF), part of the Inter-American Development Bank. Mr. Ramos has over 15 years of experience sourcing, structuring and monitoring private equity and venture capital funds in Latin America and the Caribbean, including several funds in Information Technology, Biotechnology, Clean Technology and Renewable Energy sectors. Prior to join the MIF, Mr. Ramos worked at the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC), where he supervised IIC’s private equity portfolio. Mr. Ramos also coordinated the Latin American division of a Washington DC-based consulting firm on IT and Telecommunications projects in the United States and in Latin America. Mr. Ramos has a MBA from John Hopkins University, Carey Business School, a Master of Arts in International Trade and Investment Policy from the George Washington University, and a B.A. in International Relations from University of Brasilia, Brazil. Mr. Ramos is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. |
